Stop! Please read before enrolling:

  • Have your 2021 Benefit Guide at hand, have your dependent information collected, and be prepared to provide a valid email and phone number. If you would like your enrollment confirmation emailed to you, it must be sent to a personal email address. Store emails cannot be used, in order to protect your privacy.

  • If you do not have an email address, you can go to www.gmail.com and click on “Create an account”.  Complete the registration, choosing your own user name and password.  Remember these so you can log in later to retrieve your emails.

  • Have all dependent information ready to enter into the Dependent Screen (name, social security number).  You must list every dependent on the Screen if they will be enrolled in ANY of the benefit coverages OR if they will be listed as a beneficiary.

  • You may enroll TWO ways:                                                                                                                                                

    • Call a Benefits Counselor at 1-800-492-3633 (*press option 1)  8:30am-5pm CST, Monday-Friday.

    • Click on the "ENROLL NOW" button to login to SAP Employee Central.  Once you are logged in, select your "Benefit Enrollment" tile to self enroll.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Please note: If you have not changed your network password to a complex password, you will need to do so      before enrolling from a home computer or mobile device. Please follow the instructions below to make this          change.                                                                                                                                                                     

      • Go to the NPC Connect login​ page at www.npci.com on an NPC store/backoffice computer that is connected to the NPC VPN. 

      • Enter your current credentials and click Change Password - if you don't know your credentials, contact the helpdesk at 1-800-772-0238, option 1.

      • Choose a password that is at least 8 characters long and contains both letters and numbers (passwords CANNOT contain special characters) 

      • Passwords will need to be changed every 90 days ​​


                Once you have updated your password, access NPC Connect and SAP from a mobile device or home                            computer by visiting www.npci.com and logging in.
